Natasha Page BA, MSc (Accredited B.A.C.P Registered Member)
Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist
Founder of My Little Therapy box- A Therapeutic resource to improve our wellbeing
Natasha Page is a B.A.C.P Accredited Counsellor/Psychotherapist and qualified social worker with over ten years of experience supporting clients. She runs a private counselling practice named This is me counselling and Psychotherapy CIC and is also founder of My Little Therapy Box. Her journey to become a Counsellor/Psychotherapist started when she was in her early twenties. Like many of the clients Natasha now supports she went through a period of low mood/depression. During this time, she experienced her own first experience of attending counselling sessions. She describes attending these sessions as literally life changing as she discovered that this was the career path she wanted to take herself. She realised the benefits of therapy and how it supported her and other people that engaged in counselling. The rest was history, she soon decided this was the career path she wanted to take to support people on the journey to self-discovery, recovery, and healing. Its safe to say her work is her passion, from her commitment to supporting others she has utilised creative ways of supporting clients and from this she has created her resource My Little Therapy Box. Natasha has a specialism in working with young people from her five years’ experience working in a children and adolescent service and she is also trained to provide Critical Incident stress management briefings where she responds to people after a traumatic event.

Stephanie Jeans MA, BA (HDE), Dip
Psychotherapist (MA) | Clinical Supervisor
I am an accredited Psychotherapist and Counsellor in private practise and work with non-judgment and compassion to support my clients to facilitate change, growth and move forward to a place of recovery and hope. Over the past few years, I have noticed a growing number of clients struggling with compulsive sexual behaviours, hence I sought specialist diploma level training in sex addiction. I have also seen an increase in those who are impacted by a partner’s actions seeking support to process painful emotions from the shock of finding out, and to help them gain insight into sex addiction. Young people are also very much affected having grown up with the internet and all it has to offer. I appreciate it can be an uncomfortable process exploring complex behaviours and feelings, and in this I provide a confidential (I will explain limits to this) and trusted therapeutic space to process what you are going through. I am fully committed to providing a professional service encapsulating information, treatment, and most of all hope. I have a great respect for my clients’ time and financial investment in their recovery, and if I am not the right therapist to help you, then I will assist in finding someone who is.
